Keep up the unsubstantiated hot takes, though There are a lot of negative comments, however, the constant "everything is great" comments can be a bore too.     I can’t wait to come back to this thread a few months from now after Shaw shows he can play a respectable 2nd base and Moose takes at Miller Park. Do you honestly think Stearns & Counsell just decided yesterday to try something like this? I trust that this organization knows a hell of a lot more than we do. So just sit back, crack open a beer tonight and relax. Watch it play out before jumping off the ledge. Using a different approach to solve a problem does not imply that it’s made out of desperation.

    Clancy, I think we get that you don't really want to see Arcia in a Brewers uniform but he isn't going anywhere. Might I suggest coming up with trades that are a bit more realistic from the Brewers front office stand point? Seconded. Brewers aren’t giving up Arcia, no more proposals with Orlando in it please

    I guess I just don’t see a potential addition of Odorizzi to this rotation as being a difference maker. He’s a fly ball pitcher that would be pitching in Miller Park. We got an Odorizzi when we signed Chacin in my opinion. If Brewers don’t want to give up the prospects for a more impactful pitcher like Archer, Duffy, etc then I’d be more satisfied if they took a flyer on a Cashner or Jamie Garcia. Of coarse this would be in addition to the signing of Arrieta, Lynn, or Cobb.

    I completely agree with this proposal. If Rays can't agree to that then Brewers move on (maybe they already have). Tampa has some risk here too. They must bank on Archer having a decent season and most importantly staying healthy.

    I’d also like to add that players typically don’t live in their Team’s city during the off-season. The best time to be in Milwaukee is the summer through fall. So, it’s not like by signing here they need to get out and buy a snowblower.

    I doubt it. It was reported Nationals wanted him, but Miami was asking for Robles. So, pretty insane expectations on what they want in return if you ask me. Would be a great addition though.

    I was just researching Tampa's Top 20 this evening and I noticed they had a prospect named Jake Bauers. When I dug deeper and saw he was a Lefty bat that played the Outfield corners and 1B it kind of made sense to me. Especially if Phillips or Thames/Aguliar were part of the deal. This certainly doesn't mean I endorse including Phillips, but at least we'd get a top 100 guy back. My 2 cents anyway

    I realize this Brewer World account may be a parody, but would there be a possibility the 24 tweet was referring to Jake Bauers from Tampa? Obviously if that was true it would also include Archer I'd imagine. Probably crazy speculation on my part, but thought it was worth mentioning.
