  1. I would agree just hope Stearns knows when to fold them
  2. I agree packer 822
  3. OH boy that is not good news HH hopefully DS stands down getting really nervous especially for a guy that not a franchise player
  4. I understand but I would hate to include 2 potential starters.
  5. I agree I cant see DS giving up 3-5 top prospect for Yelich he is not a Franchise player in my book
  6. I really hate to give up Young Controllable Starting Pitching prospects at this point as they are very hard to come by especially for a small market club
  7. I think I agreeing that you sometime go with a proven guy over prospects.
  8. Hopefully if he comes he be productive and if it's for potential prospects I be ok with it but like to see if we are getting anyone else back.
  9. Yes makes sense to get a young reasonable contact is right what DS is looking for.
  10. Yelich will help but it does not solve our rotation issues
  11. They aren't trading for Yelich and then doing nothing else. They will get pitching. Let's hope your a right on that your
  12. Are you copy/pasting your own posts and posting them again? Lol I think you all see the current roster as an 86 win team. That's not really the case. The team to end last season was better than an 86 win team and we've improved on that. You forget the beginning of the season with 2 crappy starters and a closer that got cut in June. The team we had playing down the stretch included a bunch of gassed/banged up players, but it was still better than an 86 win team. As much as I don't want to give up the prospects necessary to get Yelich, he'll significantly improve the team right away. CF was one of the positions we got the least amount of production out of, including down the stretch. It will immediately become one of our best. I don't like WAR, but I have to think we are gaining 3 or so WAR with this move. . CF was a bad spot I concur but I am not sure we don't have enough in starters to make us a bettter team.
  13. Seems really unrealistic that they would trade AND sign a pitcher. With Nelson on the way back and since we already signed Chacin, there’s only five spots to start. For all the positive news on Jimmy we have no clue what too expect from him
  14. High heat hinted it will sting
  15. If they move Santana and get a quality starter it make me feel better and maybe sign a guy like Lynn I will Again be happy
  16. So we have to see what we lose I have to hope DS can still find a starter somewhere because yelich is not getting them over the top
  17. So we have to see what we lose I have to hope DS can still find a starter somewhere because yelich is not getting them over the top
  18. So we have a Rh and Lh reliever but no needed starters
  19. I don't like the talk of stinging it better not be for Burnes or Ortiz we need young arms. HH do you think we getting more back that just Yelch
  20. Do you still think the brewers will follow up with another move. We still could use a starter
  21. Hope the Cubs watched his performance in the playoffs
  22. Figured the big boys continue to get the high prize. Now just worry about the trades
