    If you can't hit you better be able to field. Another mystery is why exactly is Black hitting 3? It reminds me of when Frelick came up and hit cleanup. Takes forever to get here then they throw you in to the middle of the order.

    Uribe was bad but he started the season as the closer. Picked up couple saves had a one rough outing then he was in the game in the 5th inning. If nobody told him hey you just lost your job then no wonder he lost confidence. Just seemed weird and they need him.

    Murphy was asked why Koenig instead of Hoby? He basically mumbled something about Hoby being better in certain situations and not others. Pretty clear that he didn't really have one. I will say it again just play the good players and blow bubbles manager. Stay out of the way with dumb decisions. Stealing in the 8th and not Stealing in the 9th was fireable offense.

    When you are clearly short on talent the manager can help or he can hurt. Murphy is hurting them with boneheaded decisions. Stealing in the 8th was ridiculous. Jared Koenig should not have been in that spot with Hoby available. The offense is terrible but man the manager has to be better.

    This is why you trade him before the season starts because his main motivation is putting up numbers for contracts. Walking isn't sexy.

    The Murphy era is generally a mess. Record be dammed. That decision was terrible and it happens so often that you have to chalk it up to the guy is clueless. The best game this team has played was with Weeks as manager.

    Murphy needs to be held accountable by media about that decision but he will probably bring his grandkids and have them on his lap at the presser like he's been doing.

    You really can't blame Counsell for jumping ship when you size these teams up top to bottom. I mean especially given he knew the pitching was going to crater. Need pitching? Cubs go and bring in the Asian guy who is unhittable. Brewers bring up Janson Junk.

    As we watch the number 2 prospect in baseball get pinch hit for by Bauers just to get called out. It's a problem team wide.

    There is a reason he was 27 before getting a shot. He's not good. Imagine Chourio in the minors for 7 more years just to get a call up. Brewers are wasting time with Ortiz sitting.
