    Brewers have a brand new 3-4 in the lineup. If either were Braves they might be on the bench. That's kinda crazy.

    Braves are hitting like they have help. I don't know that they are getting any but it sure feels that way watching. Imagine letting Freeman go and just picking up Olson. Lol. Meanwhile Crew still waiting for the next Fielder.

    I honestly would have liked to see us skip Milner that inning and hope we could score a couple more but Counsell is pretty cookie cutter with the pen.

    Guys like Turang and Blake Perkins with no power should not be striking out this much. Bunt for a hit every once in a while. Paul Molitor had 3200 hits and he tried once per game when he was younger.

    I have not seen an offense like this since the A's when they had bash brothers and Ricky leading off.

    Hiura is not coming back. Counsell gave up on him so it's over. He's a trade chip now. Too bad he will have Arcia like resurrection.

    Agreed. He has cost himself a ton of money and the Brewers may be able to take advantage. Turang does not appear to be the answer so they may need to consider it but yeah something needs to be done. He has to start over.

    What extension would you offer Adames right now? I'm guessing 3 years 36 million should get it done.

    The fact that Turang and Wiemer are so bad at the plate this far into their rookie season is cause for alarm. Compare them to what we saw from Mitchell and now Frelick it's shocking. They cannot be counted on as building blocks from what I have seen so the future isn't as bright maybe as it seems unless Chourio is the real deal.

    This series should cause Arnold to think twice about selling the farm this season. You are not beating these guys in a series so save your prospects for another time.

    Poorly managed game. You have to have a quick hook there. The chances of you scoring 6 tonight is nill.

    Day off yesterday. No reason to let Houser give this game away. What are we doing?

    Brewers need to figure out who's next at short because Turang doesn't appear to be the answer. Adames might be willing to talk extension after being horrible for two years. If not they need to figure something out.

    Turang is non competitive. Send him down tomorrow when Santana arrives. Toro stays.

    Hiura with a grand slam tonight. He appears to have ditched the leg kick completely. Very interested to see if he gets a call sooner than later. Got to think he's a trade target of someone who has ab to give away.

    You had another run in scoring position but the Brewers lineup ends at 6. Meanwhile Braves go 1-9 and keep on scoring. That's why Brewers are in trouble come playoff time.

    Hiura will probably have the same carrer arc as Arcia once quality coaching takes hold.

    Arcia getting fastballs to hit is stunning.

    They need another bullpen piece as well. Especially if they don't get another bat. They burn down the reliable pen quickly playing all the close games. Need another option to help.

    Not a huge move but given how pathetic the lineup is and has been it feels like one. Definitely a big upgrade on D. Now just get the lineup set up with Frelick leading off Contreras second Yelich third Santana cleaning up and Adames 5th and it's not too bad. Still need a outfielder but I think they find one.

    It's crazy how much pressure is already on Frelick to hit or we basically can't score.
