    Brutal to hear this news. Very disappointed but the task at hand is guys with bats need to take the responsibility and make up the slack. No excuses at all. Just play good ball and they can win. Tougher but can be done.

    I agree with this for the most part but when he makes moves that leave us scratching our heads saying so is fair and part of the fun. I hope he sticks around.

    Because he makes mistakes and does things that dont make sense doesn't mean he's Jerry Royster. People here think you have to be either a Counsell apologist or hate him. Not so. If he asked Turang to bunt then took it off for some reason to bounce into the million dp of the season is dumb. That's it. 😀

    So please explain why in the world Turang is bunting with no strikes but not with one? I guarantee the playoffs are liable to become a showcase for some ridiculous Counsell decisions.

    I'm really trying but just can't get on the Turang bandwagon. OPS 550 is just unacceptable. Maybe with gold glove at short but certainly not at second. He needs to get in the lab and come back better.
