    I wasn't talking about cain's defense. He is a monster in CF You keep talking about aguilar as a one dimensional player. MYSELF, I don't care about aguilar's defense bc it is rarely talked about, as in, it isn't hurting us. There is no MVP debate. If you believe that cain is the better MVP, and it isn't fair to lump aguilar with him, then great..That is your belief. My belief is hopefully they finish 1,2 in the MVP voting. With hader, jeffrees coming in 3rd and peralta as rookie pitcher of the year. Now you know all my opinions.

    Again I could care less about his defense BECAUSE it isn't a weakness. It is a non factor. I am not debating about the MVP. I am talking about being in top 5 in 6 offensive categories. That is unbelievable from a player with no pedigree. I started this thread to get people talking about how well our players were doing. It isn"t MY player against your player. They are ALL my players, or YOUR players

    It is like arguing who was more important in a certain year between molitor and cecil cooper. It isn't an open and shut case. like 93 votes for molitor and zero for cooper. The reason I keep saying I don't care about defense is because aguilar isn't killing us with bad defense so I don't care. The guy makes $577k so everything is rosy with me if he gets 40 homers and 100 RBI's I could care less about his WAR and his defense

    And that was the first thing I said, except I said it was close between cain, hader, and aguilar. One of your posts said cain has been unbelievable this year. I agree 100% but, what part of aguilar isn't unbelievable? first in homers, 5th in BA, first in OPS and slugging, 5th in RBI. All this from a guy you didn't even care if he made the team? so, lets not say it isn't even close. There is plenty of great stats on each guy. That's what I am saying.

    This is all fun, but these guys are ALL brewers.. It's not like we are are debating cubs and brewer players. The goal is to win a WS and all these guys are showing the way there people

    ok. aguilar isn't going to win the MVP. Neither is cain. But both are at least going to get a bunch votes if they continue at this pace. Why are you even arguing with me about this? The first post in this thread I said cain and hader were JUST as valuable as aguilar. Aguilar is a great story. You and others in this bb didn't give him hardly any consideration in april and said they should just trade him for whatever they could get. I said here and to other people, that if they trade anyone, it should be thames because aguilar showed last year he is just as good as thames at 1/10 of the cost. So, again, aguilar isn't going to win the MVP ok. I said if he keeps hitting like he is, he will end up in the top 5

    Aguilar is going to continue to knock them in bc cain and yelich are always on base.. I have no argument that cain is a monster. He is It is great we have all these great players. and luke...aguilar IS one of the 5 best hitting 1B. This year. And that is all I care about

    I would love it if they could move the triple A team to Rockford,madison or Beloit.

    He is 0 for his last 12, and 4 out of 27, and has only hit one homer in june. I think it is time to move him back a spot or two down to 5 or 6, at least until he gets his swing back to what it was earlier

    Actually it is .188 for the last 30 days, but he does have a .321 OBP with 12 walks.

    Travis Shaw is batting about .205 the last month. We know he has a sore wrist. They probably should have put him on the DL last week. If they don't do that, he should not be batting cleanup until he gets his stroke back. Just slide braun and miller up for awhile until he does

    I think it is more that the sprain is healed , and he can do all hard things well. I think 4 games in Appleton will suffice.

    With cain and yelich hitting at a .290 pace, aguilar will get enough chances for RBI if he continues to hit between .280 and .305 himself. If braun would just hit .270 or so, it will help our offense. Shaw looks as lost as arcia has. If his wrist is slowing him down this much, they may as well 10 day DL him and get it over with. This dietrich trade rumor looks very enticing to me.

    ok robo.. point taken BUT I am taking this to a whole new level I think jesus will finish in the top 3 in the LEAGUE MVP, when it is all said and done. and cain will probably be in the discussion too swing away guys. I can take it I promise I wont debate it much, but that's how I see this going

    I think shaw is whisker from being on the 10 day DL. Hopefully he works thru it and gets healthy.

    Sogard has done ok lately. I am very intrigued by this derek dietrich guy. He seems to be a good fit here and probably wouldn't cost much in prospects. Done be surprised if its arcia who goes down when saladino comes up. That would make as much sense
