Anybody know why Adames is sitting out tonight ? I mean , we are playing a division rival for first place!
-
Hope your right ! They say that blind squirrel can find a nut . dammit ! Homerun.
-
Maybe , but if they get just decent pitching the bats they have can carry them, same could be said for us just opposite !
-
What a horrible call !! We need robo umps !

kolten wong reinstated (right calf strain)
mtsportsfan replied to djoctagone's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
My hope for Kolten is that he comes back before the trade deadline , looks good , so we can trade him. Package him and others for either a 3rd baseman or a DH . I have nobody in mind at this time . I like Kolten but it seems as though his play has dipped some and I really think Urias could play 2nd and be just fine. -
Alexander may not be our ace , but he has pitched pretty good for us. To lazy to go back and look , pretty sure he should have a couple of wins in a couple of his starts.
-
Thank goodness that he didn't teach them to hit.
-
Keston baby !!!! Off a lefty to boot !
-
The thing that is hard for me is that when the brewers make moves , especially big ones they have to pay off . we can't afford to make mistakes like other clubs. Love my team but I also know there is a limited window and its possible that it could be starting to close . everything has to be almost perfect for us and it just hasn't happened. We have been good but just not good enough!

Need the offense to pick Lauer up here !
-
Step away for just a few minutes . what the heck ! Lauer just falling apart !
-
I really don't think he would have been out even if he was covering first , but Rowdy should be a little more aware that there is a howitzer in right !
-
Back to even ! Lead off walks always hurt us !
-
Not sure how he missed that ! No obstruction at all.
-
What's the record for hitting in to double plays in a series ?
-
Not a good start. Mets hitters make you work !

MLB toying with rule changes to end boredom

Then why meet at all ! They know the game has some issues but are unwilling to fix it. -
Wasn't Bassit struggling a little bit before tonight ? Out team is a perfect slump buster for opposing pitchers.
-
Shut out again. !!!!!!
-
Horrible slump right now , but is it really a slump ? Or is it who we really are ! Seriously seen this very offense last year and here we are again. Without our pitching we are right there with Pitt and chicago. We have one of the most inept lineups, can't string hits together on a consistent basis. We need to change our philosophy on hitting. Tired of the all or nothing approach.

I thought that too , but I'm sure his first reaction is to field the ball. Between falling down fielding a ball . Navarez letting a ball getting away and letting a guy advance and the ball deflection , just not a good start! Will end up being a bullpen game . so much for the day off .
-
Yikes ! Not a good start. Really bad luck ! Plus just some crappie ball !
-
Walk this guy , set up the double play !
-
That was a great at bat bike Nimmo . love the idea of choking up and make a pitcher work !
-
2 pitches off the plate called strikes , should have been on base !
