  1. Levering way over excited on a ball that fell 50' short of the warning track... I just can't with this guy
  2. Of course, leave it to a guy who grew up a Cardinals fan from the St. Louis area to absolutely **** us. Unbelievable. It always comes back somehow, someway to the Cardinals. Damn you Cardinals! Damn you all to hell!!
  3. Did Perkins not know there were two outs? Ridiculous
  4. All I can say about Ueck is.... thank you.
  5. That's why I said undefeated season. I'm aiming higher 😀
  6. I just have this sneaking suspicion that the Brewers are going undefeated this year.
  7. Fast forward to the dog days of summer, following a tough loss...
  8. I get it. As a man named Kirk, I would say 90% of the time when I meet someone new and tell them my name, they will say in response "Kurt"? Umm no. No matter how much I enunciate my name with deliberate, heavy emphasis on the "k" at the end, they get it wrong.
  9. We'll never forget you, Greg.
  10. Yeah, just hope he doesn't punch a wall this time...
  11. This type of homerism is, however, completely in line with home plate ump D.J. Reyburn's "style." In 27 games behind the plate this season, the home team sports a nice 18-9 win/loss record. Yeah, this could be a coincidence but it's well known there's some umps out there that much prefer having the home crowd off their back. Just human nature and some can't rise above it. I'm not saying Reyburn wants the home team to win, there's probably just some unconscious bias involved.
  12. I would rather have Canha. Bernie probably hacks 2-0.
  13. I could have sworn this Rockies team had a dismal 20-38 road record entering this game. Shrugs
  14. Forever known as "The Frelick Game" in Brewers lore.
  15. I was able to take in the T-Rats game today and wow is Jeferson Quero impressive. He's got that thick lower body that some of the catching greats were blessed with and appears to have supreme self-confidence. Major prospect in the works, no doubt. To top the day off, I caught Quero's foul ball down the first base line in his third AB. Twas a good day all around!
  16. I lament that we couldn't find a way to keep Lamet.
  17. He must have studied the scouting report. You know he's hacking at just about anything why throw a strike?
