  2. Sheets and Mench for Rios, Chacin and nugget? Hmm....
  3. Stats from thebaseballcube.com: From 2003-2005: As Henricu Vanden Hurk From 2006: As Rick Vanden Hurk
  4. You make him sound like the next coming of Nick Neugebauer... Considering he's pitching, and so-far-so-good, I consider him just behind two top-fleat prospects in Gallardo and Inman on the depth chart and a very, very good prospect in his own right at age 24. I know he's had health issues in the past, which make this a big "if," but "if" he stays healthy this year, he should make it to AAA and be considered for a big league roster spot next season. Lefties with his rate stats are worth gold (and probably shouldn't be traded IMO). He's averaging close to a strikout an inning, a hit an inning and less than 2.5 walks per nine in his minor league career. I know the comment was made about his health, but he's healthy now and I find it hard to believe that he wouldn't be very valuable in a trade.
  5. I'm going with October http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  6. who called the Jenkins homer to win it a couple innings ago?
  7. at least we've got the meat of the order up for the 9th
  8. Didn't Gross hit a game winning homerun his first atbat last year? Let's go Gross!
  9. Just like I said! Keep Counsell in there!
  10. Come Yost, time to bat Gross for Counsell and then Gwynn in the pitchers spot.... doit.
  11. Suppan got handed a Sheetzjob from the crew tonight...
  12. that's why they kept counsell in! HAHAHAAH! COUNSELL!
  13. argh.... why not pinch hit Hart in for Counsell there?
  14. can anyone confirm that, even though they're having a free preview of the MLB package, the game isn't blacked out on DirecTV?
  15. Ha, 9-10 after a 2-run double by Wells... still two outs
  16. After getting down 9-0, Bluejays are coming back... 7-10 Detroit in the 8th, runners at 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs for the Jays
  17. Anyone in the Madison area know if either 1070 or 1310 will be broadcasting the game tonight? For the life of me, I cannot find any confirmation of this on their websites. If it's on the radio and not on tv, this will be my first Uecker game of the season http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  18. As for the Bucks game being on FSN tonight, it appears that will be the case for Madison cable subscribers as well.... grumble grumble...
  19. Do you have DirecTV? I know in the Madison area they put the Bucks/Brewers games on ch. 642 instead of 641, which is mainly Minnesota stuff.
  20. Looks like this could be the "old Suppan" vs. the "new Suppan". Schmidt kills us! Jason Schmidt -vs- The Brewers W L ERA IP K BB WHIP Overall 6 4 3.24 89.0 75 23 1.16 @ The Keg 3 1 1.57 28.2 28 7 0.80
