  1. Would be curious to see the umpire scorecard after this one. Porter seems to have been pretty on the spot from what I've watched.
  2. Everybody's up there swinging out of their shoes.
  3. It was more than likely a foul ball but we really can't get a good look at his index finger when the ball makes contact with the bat. Crawford is proving that we're not the only ones that can go up there and have poor at bats in the clutch.
  4. We started the season with a losing streak so it seems fitting that we end it with one as well.
  5. Mariners tie it up in the 7th of game 5. Mariners and Blue Jays would be a fun ALCS
  6. I guess book ending the season with ugly losing streaks seems appropriate.
  7. Just need to add a late blown lead in game 5 to maximize the hurt.
  8. One run in the last 14 innings. Really terrible time for the offense to go in the tank
  9. Myers had pitched pretty well through the month of September
  10. Durbin has had a poor series to say the least
  11. Sure feels like we're going to be shut out doesn't it.
  12. Not going to get any help from the plate umpire tonight
  13. Murphy's a really good clubhouse guy but he is very average as a tactician and game manager
  14. That wouldn't be painful enough. We have to have a lead late on Saturday only to blow it. That would be the most painful way for it to end
  15. Probably the weakest starting rotation we've had though.
  16. The most painful way for this series to end would be for the Brewers in game 5 to have a lead in the 9th and give up a two-run bomb and lose in the 9th
  17. Phillies busting this thing wide open against Kershaw.
  18. I'm still up in the air about who I would rather face if you get to the next round. Phillies or dodgers. Phillies are probably the stronger squad but having the dodgers and Yankees both knocked out of the playoffs would be a nice prize as well.
  19. At this point he has to be the last guy on the bench and only used as a last resort.
  20. Since his kids birth Collins has been our worst hitter... By a mile. For well over a month.
  21. We have cornered the market on finding the most painful way to lose at the worst possible time.
