    If Bell could be had cheap I would get him. Free agent in the off-season so he would be a rental. He is one guy you can get that can get hot and carry an offense at times. Bauer has never and will never be able to do that.

    He will never hit for power but the real problem is right now no one is driving in runs so a guy with an ok on base percentage but no power is kind of useless.

    If Yelich opts for surgery I'm not sure what you do. I'm of the idea you turn Haase into a DH for the remainder of the year at that point if he keeps hitting. If you hit you need to be in the lineup...period.

    Trying to look at some old video and his pre launch hand positioning has changed and it looks like he's got more launch angle. Early in the year he had a pretty level bat path

    I don't like Ortiz having the big front leg swing. Leg is swinging and Head is moving to much.

    Pretty much an all-around craptastic game starting with your supposedly best pitcher crapping the bed in the first inning again followed by bad defense and bad hitting.

    Looking at the numbers Perkins is going to have to play more. He has at least respectable numbers over the last 30.

    Over a third of the lineup has been pretty bad for the better part of 30 games

    I was quietly hoping for him to drop one down the third baseline and at least move him over.

    Ortiz and Turang have sure hit the wall. Ortiz in particular has hit the rookie wall .192 over the last 30 games.

    Much more under control in the box. Head's not flying around anymore.
