I'm okay with them getting shut out a couple more times in a row if it will get the changes moving.

I think it's largely 10 years of bad drafting and developing hitters. And most of the guys that put a big numbers in the minors are still flawed that get rapidly exposed by Big League pitching

The issue is we have just royally sucked at drafting and developing big league hitters for the better part of a decade. Anybody we've had that's been a decent hitter was either traded for or free agent.

We've been among the worst teams in baseball over the last decade at drafting and developing hitters. Frelick and Turang are probably the best that we've done.
