Looks like they traded the worst hitting coach in the Majors for #2 and #3.

He has not been a good in game manager at all this year. The players may like him but he has been pretty crappy.

I pulled up some video from last year and he has significantly more uppercut and many times the bat is actually past vertical at launch. That's why he is hitting nothing to right.
