I think you guys are right in that Urias needs every at bat possible. Reasonably solid mechanics.
-
This group is almost a lock to be in the top 10 worst Brewer hitting teams ever
-
Until they adjust his mechanics Huira is going to continually get pounded upstairs with hard stuff. The huge loop in his swing leaves a massive hole above the belt
-
Good time for the best slider of the night from Hader
-
I doubt his teammates are going to let him forget that one anytime soon.
-
Got to thank Ross for that one. Can't believe they didn't have somebody else to try trot up there
-
Got a .133 hitter at 0-2 and end up walking them
-
No way that was a double. That was just a straight-out drop.
-
El grande strike zone tonight.
-
That was a terrible pitch selection
-
Gamel 0 for his last 15 and 2 for 31. Might as well have a pitcher hit.
-
Time for something more entertaining. There must be some Australian rules football on somewhere
-
Location has completely disappeared
-
The wheels are coming off
-
Pretty bad location on some of those 0-2 pitches
-
Other than Yelich and Hiura who in this lineup is an above average hitter. I'd settle for just average let alone above average.
-
Yikes....

I've never been a big fan of platoons, but Counsell and Stearns have leaned into that idea in a big way this year. It's annoying. Platoons work when you have a ton of talented bench players like the Dodgers have. That's not what the Brewers have, though. As meh as it sounds, Gyorko should probably be taking the vast majority of the ABs at 3B. Urias at SS, Hiura at 2B. Get them in a routine. And Manny needs some games against right-handers. Narvaez stinks.
-
Some of this is just really awful pitch sequencing
-
Time for an exciting quantum leap rerun.
-
Three-run channel changer coming
-
Lauer kind of sucks.
-
Now that was a bad walk.

That extreme launch angle is an open invitation to high fastballs.
