Willie didn’t nail anything. Even with a disfunctional roster and massive late season injuries, this team doesn’t “suck”. It just needs to get to September within a reasonable number of games from first place, and the roster will fix itself and so will the pitching. I don't think we suck, but I also don't believe for a second our pitching problems just magically fix themselves when the calendar turns over to September. Your expectations of the Devin Williams, Drew Rasmussen, and Ray Blacks of the world are way out of whack. Having good stuff doesn't just automatically translate into a lockdown reliever. Just ask Corbin Burnes. Even Barnes had a plus fastball and he stunk something awfull in the bigs.

I still like Manny quite a bit. He's probably a better fit for an Al team that has a DH to offset his limited offense. It would really help him with the Brewers if we had a more productive short stop.

All-around bad baseball. Not all around. Good baseball after the bad throw. I meant it more as a comment on the whole game with all the walks and errors

This team is hard to watch. I just get annoyed by bad baseball and this version seems to make way too many fundamental mistakes.

Crap like this has happened way too often this season. I don't remember so many bad baseball plays last year.
