  1. Agreed ... he has really taken a big step this year. He looks very similar to what Jimmy Nelson looked like in 2017. Woodruff probably has a little more on his fastball, though. Woodruff hit 100mph, in the first! Ha, I would say so. Woody seems to get better and better with every start.
  2. I am guessing Counsell is gonna keep starting Saladino until he hits those HRs Craig said were gonna come. Double down Craig.
  3. Ya ya, Bill and Brian, Salidino did the splits, almost. He stretched and got an out. Keep gushing about the play 3 innings later now. Guess we should keep starting him.
  4. Sending Hiura down and keeping him down during the west coast trip where they faced five lefty starters in six games, and then having him remain in the minors after he had pretty clearly cleared the Super Two hurdle remains my top complaint with the front office this season. 100% agree
  5. Donaldson has such a punchable face. Guy, you love to to hate unless he is on your team...even then, you still might hate him.
  6. Why does this 3-0 lead feel so new and refreshing? I am glad they are bucking the trend of not being able to hit crap/pitchers they never seen before.
  7. One of my favorite players. I miss having him on my fantasy team. One of the most solid hitters in MLB year in and year out. He is in my top 3 favorite players to watch hit. Very underrated. If not for Bellinger, would hear alot of MVP consideration for him.
  8. I know there is alot to worry about this team and this shouldn't be high on the list, but is anyone else a little worried about Yelich? I mean I didnt expect him to hit 60 HRs...but 50 should be a given, with 31 in first half. Just seems like his power has dropped a bit. Like I said, unrealistic expectations, but I just seen Bellinger is at 34 HRs. Again, apologize if my grammar and English is not the best, still learning.
  9. I dont know how anyone can hate Freeman. Dude is such a stud. Reminds me of Joey Votto in his prime. Imagine Freeman, in that band box in cinci.
  10. It had to cost a win, maybe more, but at the minimum we pick up 1 more win. Could be a big deal at the end of the year. I still see people say in April, May, June, act like every game doesnt matter, or say "it's only 1 game". I mean I dont know what more proof you need, than the last 2 seasons for the Brewers, as proof that every game matters. I agree, it cost us at least a win.
  11. There was an entire thread about Bill being bad, but not many agreed. I’ll take a homer any day. I seen that. I actually have always liked Bill. But..he seem to blame any woes on being unlucky. Cain with an average groundout, not hit that hard but made it seem like Cain is just getting unlucky all year and that, that play was an example of how Cains luck has been. I guess I just dont like excuse after excuse for non production..its been the "thumb" or "unlucky" excuse for Cain. I am a homer too, but come on. Obviously Bill is talking to the casual fan, watching. Pardon my english, Its my 2nd language.
  12. A little early...but another below average to average pitcher, the Brewers have never seen looking good so far.
  13. Rock is so annoying. Total homer, glorifying Salidino's stretch. Cant wait till Mark or David goes into the booth for an inning, so we can hear Bill kiss butt.
