  1. Good to turn on game right when Yeli homers, like me and many people said last night hopefully and so far last night was a spring hoard game to propel them on a run. Nice job chase!!
  2. there's no way he would do that. Right now, he's 10-year worth is around $350M. I was just going off what someone else said.. with the 10-250. He probably is worth 10-350 if not more... we got 2 superstars in Milwaukee that are gonna command over a quarter billion to stay. I hope to God we can keep both. It really helps that Giannis and Yeli, seem to love Milwaukee and the fans...that's big. But CC, loved Milwaukee and went to the yanks . Well see I guess. I need to see what yelich does next year before any talks. He cant keep up this pace...I mean he is unbelievable.
  3. I agree with this...I dont agree with all in this year, but a few moves, and Jesus getting back to be Jesus, and Keston playing like a stud. We have a really good 1-7 especially if cain can get going. Dont forget Arcia was clutch in the playoffs last year.
  4. HELL YA. And a 17 page thread for a IGT...were ready for this team to take off, were itching. Too much talent to have the record we do, but it's not to late.
  5. Yelich and Giannis need to stay in Milwaukee. I think I speak for the fan base for both and can say if we lose either 1, it will cripple that team. And our hopes. Yelich is gonna be a 40 stolen base 50 homer guy this year. I agree we should wait and see how he performs next year. Giving him 10 for 250 right now wouldnt be smart.
  6. I really think this could be turnaround point for this team, this was a big win...but they must carry it over to tomorrow and win the series. Grandal talked about the frustration going on with this team and about his ejection, which I dont think he needed to apologize for, but it does show that players in this team wanna win. It's not like the early 2000s where we just put a team of random players together just to fill out a roster. This team wants to win. And the fans want it just as badly if not more. If this game doesnt turn them around, I dont wanna say I will lose hope...but I dont know what else could turn them around if they cant propel forward and past the cubs off of this.
  7. Jackson's ERA went from 10.38 to 7.11 in 2 innings. Keep it up Jay!! Maybe he figured it out. Hopefully. It would be nice to have a solid 7th 8th inning guy, my trust in Jefress isnt very high at the moment. Man he was so good last year...terrible in the NLCS and probably cost the brewers a world series trip. Man I cant get over how good his stuff was...and why it has regressed so much. He had superior movement in his stuff. I think Knebels injury is often over looked. I think we would easily be in first place right now had he not gotten injured.
  8. Counsell with a big ass smile from the dugout, that kinda is refreshing to see. If this game isnt a turning point I dont know what will.
  9. 100%agree with this... who is your top 4, in order? Grandal Yelich Hiura Moose Braun Thames That's pretty good, maybe put Thames in lead off, or grandal, but I think that's close to a wash
  10. I am too, it's kinda selfish, but that woulda been a nice stat line 8 ribs 2hrs, put yelich back in the mvp discussion, triple crown race.
  11. Man I hope so too, he seems to be vital player as far as team chemistry and lighting up the mood...if he can continue doing what he is doing at the plate that would be awesome.
  12. This is probably going to be too pessimistic for certain posters on this board but I'm not going believe they have turned a corner until they can show that this pitching staff can go through the rotation a couple of times at an acceptable level of performance. I need to see the consistency with the pitching. This is very reasonable.
  13. They gotta take the confidence from this game and keep it rolling. That frustration they have all been feeling, had to feel good to get that odd their back tonight...just and all around great performance. Slap Keuchel around and actually win a series would be a big step... This... Hopefully this isnt an anomaly and they dont come out and stink it up tomorrow. We all needed this kinda game...fans and players.
  14. They gotta take the confidence from this game and keep it rolling. That frustration they have all been feeling, had to feel good to get that off their back tonight...just anall around great performance.
  15. I am more impressed with leading the NL in steals, than the HR count. NL is pretty empty on base stealers. Leading the league with a pace under 40 is kinda crazy. That's true. It's a lost art.
  16. If Davies can continue his roll against everyone not named the Pirates, I like our 1,2.. I may be 1 of the few who loves watching Davies pitch.
