Much like Atlanta not getting a better shot at a Lombardi Trophy than in 2016. I feel the Lions will not get a better opportunity to even play for one. They absolutely blew it tonight.

I was so traumatized by losing to Seattle that I didn't watch that game. Missed out on one of the greatest plays in Super Bowl history and didn't care.

Yeah, I would've too but I don't completely hate the decision to go for it. After all, even if you don't convert you're betting that Brock Purdy can lead a two touchdown comeback. The day will come when Campbell's aggressiveness will cost him big time. Hopefully against us. And just like that, the Niners have made it a one score game.

I don't necessarily disagree with anything you say, but as of right now the Lions are the better and more fundamentally sound team. The Packers may very well win the division next season and I would not be surprised but like Ric Flair says, to be the man you gotta beat the man.

If the odds makers do it will be because they are the "sexy" pick, not necessarily because they are the better team.
