  1. Cubs 1-2 w/ RISP. 1 2out RBI Brewers 0-1 w/ RISP.
  2. Is it just me or has Sheets not been able to finish guys off lately? A lot of 8-9-10 pitch ABs where the hitter fouls off a bunch and then gets an xtra base hit or walk.
  3. After we traded him I never thought I'd prefer Burnitz in RF to who we have there now. Just another case of a guy excelling after leaving Milwaukee...Rusch, Grissom, Burnie, Belliard, Loretta, Valentin...what gives? Is Milwaukee really that bad?
  4. Sheeter, bending over and giving it back up...again...http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif
  5. Wow, version 2.0 is really fighting off the revival of 1.0 NICE AB BILLY!!!
  6. Rickie takes the gas on three swinging strikes in a row. Were any of them fastballs?? Cubs 1-1 w/ RISP - 1 2-out RBI Brewers 0-1 w/ RISP
  7. Ok Rickie, time to use that quick bat of yours to rip one...and oh yeah, watch out for the CURVE BALL!
  8. this is actually a time to steal Ned. Go for it. if Hardy is thrown out you still have Clark leading off next inning.
  9. If Sheets were 6-3 with a 3.56 ERA I'm sure people would be thrilled, so I'm not going to jump on that mediocre bandwagon just yet.
  10. I just remember you sort-of pulling for the Cubs last week as well. Here you go.. www.northsidebaseball.com/ have a good time.
  11. He gone I see our resident Cub Fan is in the house again today. may I direct you to northsidebaseball.com for all Brewer/Cub games.
  12. ugh. A 9 pitch 2 out AB turns into a double, and then a 2 out single. Cubs 1-1 w/ RISP.
  13. Looks like following the game via the Internet is going to be even more of a waste of time than it usually is today.
  14. I see we are up there hacking today. Good, maybe Wood and throw a 85 pitch complete game.
  15. Aww crap..whose hurt?? If it's Sheets....http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/sick.gif
  16. Bill Hall v.1.0 is rearing his ugly head once again. C'mon Billy!!! Fight back!!
  17. How about this for a while? Clark Weeks Lee Overbay Hall Jenkins Miller Hardy/Helms
  18. Its on CSN in Chicago...whatever that means.
  19. I think Sheets is something like 1-7 in his last 8 decision against the Cubs, after starting something like 8-0. So hopefully the recent trend does NOT continue and Big Ben gets back to kicking some Cubby butts.
  20. Ben Sheets (3-6, 3.6http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/glasses.gif looks to find his old form that allowed him to dominate the Chicago Cubs at the beginning of his career. Meanwhile, Kerry Wood (1-1, 6.16) will try to pitch 5 innings without his arm falling off. We need this one real bad. Derek Lee + Aramis Ramirez HR predictions anyone?
  21. What's great is the one good record our minor league team had is still up, while the bad ones are a distant memory. No minor league teams below .500!
  22. clancy wont be happy unless the guy is catching.
  23. wonder why we released him. probably because of the glut of MI we have down in AAA right now. I was hoping to see Matt in Milwaukee sometime this year again, good luck to him.
