  1. Anyone else a little concerned after Sheets' outing tonight? no.
  2. I think tonights game is on the radio. I am pretty sure I heard them talking about it on the radio, so try your local Brewers affiliate.
  3. Holy crap. The bullpen didn't give up 7 runs today! Ben's inability to throw strikes at the big league level is worrisome, yes.
  4. Thanks for the Box Bernie. Daron is in WI until Wednesday, so kent is doing the games today and tomorrow.
  5. I quit listening because the feed kept quitting. Another pitchers duel today, some of these guys are making the bullpen question very very easy.
  6. The Sheraton in Brookfield, near the Mall. Yikes. It was a "church function" that's all I know. It sounds like Lee might have gone to the hospital to get his hand checked out.
  7. Brewers down 1-2-3 in the first, Clark, Spivey, Fielder.
  8. FYI - if Krynzel platoons with Clark that means that Dave would play a lot more since RHP out numner LHP in the league. Also, Brady kills RHP and struggles agasint LHP, so if the platoon were for offense, it wouldnt make sense.
  9. Since the Brewers aren't going to contend this year, what's the rush to start his arby clock? I thought we officially banned this type type of thinking. See the sig below. We have to start now if we are ever going to get anywhere.
  10. Hey - clancy got an email in. Sorry clancy - the DH isn't coming to the NL anytime soon...
  11. Yeah, I am gonna get a jersey this year. It wil either be Sheets (If it looks like he will sign an extension), Lee (again, if it appears he will be around longer than 2 years) or Hardy.
  12. Anyone else out there horribly conflicted about whether to root for or against Hardy this spring? I thought long and hard about this, but could not come up with a single reason to root against JJ Hardy this year or this spring. So, No. On a side note - JJ had a sweet 2 Rbi double and Dave Krynzel with a sweet 2 rbi single. 4-1 Crew
  13. Who is in the booth with Daron today?
  14. Brian is correct - if you bought it last year, you have it until 3/31/05...so enjoy the preseason while it lasts.
  15. I was the batboy for the TimberRattlers for one game. I was picked by some girl when I walked into the game. I actually was the Batboy for the other team. Nobody spoke English, and I was there with a group of people. I wish I had not agreed to do it. It sucked.
  16. Let me just say that it is a no brainer. 14.95 for the sweet sound of baseball in March, in Wisconsin...where it is bitter, bitter cold? Yes please.
  17. Top of the First 1. Sullivan K 2. Gonzalez (very long AB) F-8 3. Holliday - Double off the wall 4. Mohr - BB 5. Shealy - 1b, RBI 6. Closser - 3-1 Rockies 1 Brewer 0 1. Clark - FO 2. 19. Housman gives up a Grand Slam 13-5 Fathers. Im out, later peeps.
  20. Jenks went Ya-Ya twice. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/roll.gif
  21. Pat Borders doubles to the wall. Is their any scenario where he breaks with the big club? I don't see one. Vinny Rottino a double down the line, Borders scores.
  22. Pratt gives up a Big Homer to Robert Fick 8-4 Fathers.
  23. Bill: Is there anything a sausage fears more than a grill? Maybe boiling water and beer. Darron: Or Ruben Quevedo.. That is signature material....
  24. I think Lee's was at another park maybe. Can't remember. as far as this inning, if I can recall it has gone Overbay 1b Lee HR Jenkins HR Helms Fly out Hall nice Basehit Moeller FC Hernan The Hurricane - basehit - Moeller to 3rd Last guy K'd, not sure if it was still Clark or who.
  25. I wanna say 4-6 Fathers in this game 3-0 Crew in the other.
