    Back in July of 2018 the Brewers acquired reliever Joakim Soria from the White Sox for 12th overall pick in 2014 Kodi Medeiros and then Dominican Summer League RHP Wilber Perez. Perez was released by Chicago Wednesday. He did not advance beyond high-A with them. As for Medeiros - he recently announced his retirement on Instagram, topping out at AAA.
