Brewers (Junk) vs Diamondbacks (Jameson): 4/12/23, 2:40pm

Felt so good seeing Burnes return to his usual self. Excited to see what we have in Junk. Also Sounds bullpen is the best or close to the best bullpen in AAA which is awesome having depth or potential trade bait. Lets get that series W. -
I’ll be a contrarian here and say I’m buying on the pirates. Hitting looks good but pitching needs some work. Have some exciting prospects that could be called up soon. If they get momentum and some fan support I could see them doing pretty decent this year,

Cardinals (Montgomery) vs Brewers (Lauer): 4/8/23, 6:10pm

When does 161-1 become a real possibility? It’s something that is certainly in play. Nothing gives me more pleasure than beating St. Louis too. -
This confirms a lot of my biases about St. Louis and their fans

With the rookies smashing the cover off the ball...

This has the potential to be a 100 win team. Top 5 offense, defense, starters, bullpen, speed. -
Im pretty close to calling Matt Arnold the GOAT GM. This team is built to perfection to take advantage of the new rules. Shift ban means 2B is near SS importance for range and oh lawd does Turang have range. Next up speed on the base paths. With the pick off rules and larger bases, speed is more important than ever. Mitchell, Weimer, Turang, Yeli to an extent all have above average to elite speed. Check there. Depth all around this team and waiting in the minors. I don't think I have ever been more excited about a Brewers team than I am this year. Don't forget Chourio and Frelick are chomping at the bit.
