  1. Hoskins hit one out and Adamas to the wall so the ball is flying today.
  2. If he was relieving and did that it would be way worse.
  3. 3 runs in 2 hits. Maybe he will settle down now.
  4. Not a good start for the crew today.
  5. I hope not because he is only 11 for 50 with the Sounds.
  6. Give me a break, Turang is batting .342 That so far is crazy good. That is like saying Rod Carew sucked because he only had 92 HR's in 10,000 plate appearances. Gees Louise!
  7. Jesús G. Luzardo is a pitcher the Brewers should be looking at.
  8. I seen an article where the media is already comparing Jackson Chourio to Ronald Jose Acuña Jr. I hope its true but I know its way premature. But every star has to start somewhere, keep up the good work Jackson. You have my vote.
  9. Chicago Tribune: Craig Counsell might be the highest-paid manager in the sport, but that won’t keep Cub fans from second-guessing his lineups.
  10. Cubs getting shellacked again. I complained about Counsell for 2 years. Now we will see if he is for real in Chicago. Cubs loosing 11-2 in the 9th. I am the new Anti-Counsell. LOL
  11. Pat Murphy is a wise coach i the way he handles things. Counsel would wine to the umpires, Murphy surprises me at just how good of a coach he is.
  12. I hope Hoskins can keep it up. He was a 3 time all star before his injury last year. I also believe we will do better under Pat Murphy than Councill.
  13. Which is stupid if you have back pain.
  14. That was my whole point, we are just coming off the rest period, called the off season. Now he needs more rest, He obviously was doing something wrong the last 4 months.
  15. Because he is just going for a second opinion now. This should have been done 2 months ago. Not 2 weeks before opening day.
  16. Because if it was an issue previously, and he is your star closer, then your completely surprised it is still an issue when camp begins in spring? Look at Brook Lopez and the Bucks, they were in contact with him and his Dr.'s all offseason because of his back issues. This isn't little league. Even big colleges would be on top of this with there star players. But the Brewers were totally surprised with all this.
  17. I'm just surprised he came into camp this way. It just tells me how lost Brewers management really is. So management go's a full 4 months without even contacting the 4th highest player on the team that is kind of a headcase to begin with.
  18. The Brewers have to do something in getting a pitcher and in addressing all the injuries. Brandon Woodruff, Devin Williams, Wade Miley, Aaron Ashby (Who seems to be always injured) who else, I think I am even forgetting one. We traded Burns, that is a lot of missing pitchers from last season.
  19. You won't get away with just gas in the majors, he also needs to keep hitters off balance is where it's at. Also, Brewers acquire 1B/OF Jake Bauers from Yankees another .200 hitter with some power, when will they ever learn.
  20. Brandon Woodruff and Rowdy Tellez non-tendered by Brewers. They are both now free agents.
  21. I S I should have said so far because 2 are with Nashville Sounds and doing well. Taylor Rogers 5.48 ERA. with Brewers ... Average, I actually liked him very much at first. Esteuty Ruiz .000 batting average with Brewers Dinelson Lamet DFA 1st week Estury Ruiez Looks awesome in AAA so no comment yet Robert Gasser also looks very promising in AAA
  22. Your right, I do agree the secondary part of the trade for Josh Hader looked better after the William Contreras deal. But the initial part for Hader, the Brewers acquired reliever Taylor Rogers, righty Dinelson Lamet (whom they immediately designated for assignment) and two prospects, outfielder Esteury Ruiz and left-hander Robert Gasser.
  23. Also, come to think of it the Padres did the same thing as the Mets.
