  1. Brewers are tied with Baltimore in the 21-22 spot for team BA out of 30 teams. So not playoff caliber right now. A .237 team BA.
  2. Mullins will be 31 before the end of the year, he's no spring chicken either.
  3. Aaron Ashby is an awesome pitcher and Murphy is not trying to bury him at all. Ashby's issues have always been all - arm/shoulder/forearm/oblique injuries which have totaled over 300 days on the (IL) from my math as a Brewer. Also, days spent on the (IL) during the offseason are not even counted or associated with the IL stints during the regular season. Murphy is not trying to bury Ashby, he is trying to keep him off the IL again. In fact Murphy even said about Tobias Meyers, "These kids are not machines where you can buy spare parts and never have them miss a start."
  4. For sure important and it would even be better if the Tigers (with most wins in baseball) can hand the Cubs there asses on a platter to them this weekend.
  5. Orlando Arcia and Keston Hiura are indeed with the Colorado Rockies, and they just clinched their first series win of the season on June 4, according to Reviewing the Brew. The Rockies won their series against the Marlins.
  6. Should the Packers wear a new airbrushed 1950 helmet? The helmet is to be painted to look like a leather helmet. They did the throwback jerseys already. Probably only for a game.
  7. The Milwaukee Brewers have 22 games remaining in June. A 10 game home stand against the San Diego Padres, Atlanta Braves and 4 vs St. Louis Cardinals. Then 6 away games against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field and the Minnesota Twins at Target Field. Then 6 back home against the Pittsburgh Pirates, and Colorado Rockies at American Family Field. Can they win 16 of the next 22?
  8. KC just beat Stl 7-5 Final.
  9. And a trusty Sal Bando.
  10. Maybe a Jacob Misiorowski call up would be beneficial at some point soon if Koenig/Civale doesn't perform well next outing.
  11. Cubs call up Drew Pomeranz. Drew Pomeranz is slated to take the mound for Chicago against Jake Irvin for Washington. https://www.mlb.com/stories/game-preview/777632
  12. Or the new Robin Yount.
  13. Based on the information available, the Milwaukee Brewers' record in the 2025 MLB season is: Overall Record: 34 wins and 29 losses. One-Run Games: 9 wins and 10 losses. Even if 2 of them had a bad call involved it would make a difference in making the playoffs, especially as a wild card. IMO
  14. Disagree, the problem really is getting the calls wrong at critical/crucial points in the game, usually in the 8th or 9th inning. The Brewers always seem to be on the short end of the stick on those calls especially against the big market teams. So it will add a couple minutes to the game if there is a challenge, I'm all for it.
  15. I seen this: Without Michael King and Yu Darvish, Padres so far weathering major rotation test. When the Brewers do that its usually a bullpen game or they call someone up.
  16. What will the Brewers do with Blake Perkins and Garrette Mithell if they are ever ready to play? I think its time to trade Mitchell at the deadline.
  17. Me to old, I remember watching Al Kaline, Frank Robinson, Tony Oliva on a black and white TV that took a couple minutes to warm up before the picture even came on and pitchers pitched the full 9 innings most of the time.
  18. I think that is what it was, he did get up very late and definately wasn't warmed up in about 10 pitches.
  19. Fresh legs on both of them and Chourio's not happy until its at least in the 80's.
