  1. No, they have rings to prove they won the World Series.
  2. Either Eraserhead or Date Movie.
  3. So the only way to have killer instinct is to win the World Series?
  4. So it's possible to be in the playoffs, but not be in World Series contention, because you don't have killer instinct? Can you not make the playoffs and still have killer instinct? Are there different levels of killer instinct?
  5. 92 wins? Is 91 wins the minimum with which you can have killer instinct?
  6. I dunno, we had a lot of "statement" series last April and look how that worked out in July and August. I'll take 85-90 wins at any interval the team chooses.
  7. McClung showing the good stuff today for sure.
  8. What is the win-loss cutoff point for killer instinct?
  9. At what point would be okay for him to have a bad outing? Should he have waited for his third or fourth start?
  10. If the Brewers win 2 out of every 3, I'm pretty sure they'll make the playoffs (even without killer instinct).
  11. McClung (er, McDung?... he plays for us guys) with a nice looking inning. If he can keep throwing that breaking ball for a strike, he'll be tough.
  12. On the field. Turns out you don't win 162 games a year.
  13. I have trouble getting too worked up for an April 3rd game, I guess. OMG were gonna loooz! teribles!
  14. Dave Bush has no idea where the ball is going today.
  15. Bush's stuff is all over the place today.
  16. Surprised one of the runs is unearned. Gwynn could have scored on the Braun groundball.
  17. I can't find this CD anywhere. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/5120A4YP9SL._AA240_.jpg It has an arrangement of "Vorspiel" from "Das Rheingold" that I heard in the movie The New World that I really want for my collection. Boo!
  18. Football stuff goes at LambeauLeap. Click here.
  19. No you're not, you're in Toronto.
  20. Gillespie doesn't have the best tools for center field, especially in the range department. He also has a rather weak arm. He'll get some time out there for Huntsville but for the most part it'll be LaPorta in left, Brantley in center and Gillespie in right. LaPorta will also see a little time in right, and Gillespie will see time in left. Brantley will see time at all three OF positions, as well time at first base when Chris Errecart has the day off/is DHing. Have to think Freddy Parejo will be the primary backup in CF.
  21. Riske's first changeup of the year on that K?
