    I only asked because a couple posts prior, it looked like we were hoping to get another guy. If someone has a problem with it, don't feel bad to speak up. It doesn't matter to me. He should add a nice bat to our lineup though.

    I doubt hitting outdoors will be possible for a while with the way the weather has been here, but that would be nice if it would be. We would probably have to hit the cages somewhere. I would be interested.

    I forgot to mention, I love that I don't have to see the title, "Beeks you aren't this tough" every time I log on the bf.net. Al will be back for sure.

    Beeks and I will be back. I would be surprised if Al didn't return, but he is out of town right now and not responding to texts. Nick said he isn't playing.

    I drank a lot of Mountain Dew years ago. I wanted to give it up because soda is so unhealthy and Mountain Dew was really the only soda I drank. The hardest part was going to a restaurant and not having one. I was eventually able to give it up, and now I haven't had one in probably two years. I have no desire to drink Mountain Dew at all anymore. It took me about 6 months of trying to give it up before I didn't care to have one anymore. If you drink one 20oz bottle a day, that's 275 calories. Over a full year that adds up to almost 29 pounds. I just kept telling myself that every time I wanted to get one. Now if only I could cut down on my alcohol consumption...

    Just so we can plan ahead of time, Beeks Nick, and Al are out for the final game. Radman sounds iffy as well. It looks like we may need a couple fill ins for our last game. I can probably play the field again this week if needed.

    Too bad we didn't play the last game on the 19th so we could see if everything else fell into place. Hopefully this Brewerfan/White House championship game some how happens.

    White House also confirmed tonight that there aren't any playoff games for the top 2 teams unless something changed. They said they had a championship game one year only when they and Bay Street both only had one loss and it came against each other. Let's win out and take this league.

    Beeks, Al, and I are in. If we only have 10, I can play the field. I'm not sure if I can play OF yet though, but I'll test it out before the game. Valpo, if we are short, let me know ahead of time and I can find someone to play if nobody else has a sub. I probably won't check this between now and the game so send me a text.
