    Well if we're not discounting that the Mets or Braves could make a run at the wild card being 7 games back, then I don't think we should completely discount the fact that the Brewers could still push for the division being 7.5 GB.

    Ahhhh, this has happened to me plenty of times. I've corrected numerous people at Bucks games this year as to who Ramon Sessions is, and how we drafted him 56th overall. One specific time I remember people saying the Raptors threw him in in the Charlie Villanueva/TJ Ford deal. I usually bite my tongue and don't pipe in though. If it's a family struggling to figure out the meaning of a stat or something, then yes I'll politely say something, but if it's dumb chatter about obvious things, I find it humorous.

    Never thought I'd see this in my life. Jenkins batting leadoff today against the Cubs. First time in his career he's batted leadoff.

    Pujols. A-Rod. You can't say that this is one of those times where "pitching matters most". Braun has been so ridiculously successful, and has, at times, carried this team. I would only trade him for the two above players, and right now, to be honest, I'm even debating Pujols. In no way am I trading Braun for a combination of Chase Utley and Jimmy Rollins, or Jimmy Rollins and Cole Hamels. That's terrible. Braun is the closest thing I have seen to untouchable since Brett Favre back in 1996. There shouldn't even be a thread about this, since there is nothing of fair value we could get for him right now.

    You can not honestly tell me we would even be close to 62 wins if we were still platooning Graffanino/Counsell at 3rd. This guy has had such a major impact on this team, it's remarkable. He has to be in the MVP chatter somewhere. (added tags --1992)
