  1. This ******* team man. I know it's designed to break your heart. Last year broke me good. Lost my dad in August. Lost to the stupid Mets. This team has brought me so much joy, just don't lose to the Cubs. That's all I ask.
  2. Can you hear the whisper?
  3. It was his second straight inning of being down for nearly 20 minutes. I understand not sending him back out
  4. Using an outlier to guide you is how you break pickers like the Brewers broke Cal Eldred.
  5. Every once in awhile they cut to Peralta in the dugout and I swear he looks like a 14 year old with a fake beard
  6. They would never show those throws from the 3rd base camera on replays on the Brewers broadcast, so you could rarely tell just how awful some of them were.
  7. Older brothers are always trouble. I'm an older brother.
  8. My friend's and I had a running joke that Mat was an unfrozen caveman ala Brandon Frazier. "Gamel SMASH" was our go to whenever we did something physically impressive (or he got a hit)
  9. Good 'ole Crazy Joe Dillon, shown here staring down Ned Yost to keep him in line.
  10. The man who won the first Brewers playoff game in 26 years. David Bush. And the guy who very nearly snuck out a batting title for the Brewers in 1991
  11. In 2007, Craig Counsell hit Triple with this man on first base. Rookie Brewers announcer Brian Anderson uttered the words, "Unhitch the plow, Johnny" which I still wish I had recorded.
  12. I tried to manually go back and look, while counting in my head, so I might be wrong, 9 straight series wins dating back to August 2022
  13. 8-7, considering I saw the first 4 home losses and was 0-4, when they started 9-4 at home is a pretty good comeback.
