Great job with the IGTs so far this year pretendastronaut. It's amazing to me that Prince is hitting .289 since I can't recall more than 1 specific hit he has had this season.

Suppan or no, the Brewers should feel hard pressed to avoid the sweep today. Let's get some offense early!

I suppose if Stetter has 2 options left, then this is the correct decision at this point. Most of the outrage is not so much for the Stetter vs. Villy decision, but the fact that this decision even has to be made at this point. It still feels like we are wasting options and disrupting the balance of the bullpen in order to open up a spot for a struggling Suppan. I really hope he pitches well tomorrow and Parra/Narveson fit in well into the LOOGY role.

That's great Doug, but I'm not so sure that Suppan allows the Brewers to pitch deeper into games.

If we absolutely have to have Suppan, couldn't we have optioned Inglett instead and gone with an extra pitcher for now. We have too many lefties on the bench as is. I don't understand what this team is trying to accomplish at this time. I'll save my rants for after tomorrows game.

I love how Hawkins' delivery is faster every once and a while on a two strike count. It really catches me off guard and the batters sometimes too. I wonder why most pitchers don't try something like that.

If you're LaRussa's 3rd catcher, you have to be ready to catch. Nick Stavinoha has caught 0 games in the majors and only 1 game in the minors.
