  1. I would like to suggest that this guy uses Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce next time for his urban camouflage. Nothing is more humiliating then being caught by the police in somebody else's basement while wearing an inferior brand of bbq sauce.
  2. Watching the replay of Branyan's homer made me laugh uncontrollably. He has that kind of power.
  3. Bartolo Colon apparently injured his back while swinging at a pitch. That would be: Tight Colon leads to DL stint. Hey, I am at least as good as Carrie Muskrat now. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  4. Nothing could hurt the Yankees more then having an injured Wang at this point in the season. The only thing that can save them is to go after Arizona starter Richard Harden.
  5. Gritty Battling by Counsell, Mr clutch with the bases loaded!
  6. Nice hit there Soup! I am glad you didn't try for the triple!
  7. In celebration of MLB's call your shot promotion, I am having a shot of El Casadores!
  8. Seth channels the spirit of Rluz!
  9. Hardy will prove you naysayers wrong in your doubts about his 2 holiness. He is a top secret machine made by the US government solely to hit in the 2 hole.
  10. Ubaldo seems to be one of these hard luck pitchers we will have a problem with. Who wants to bet he gets his career high in strike outs tonight?
  11. My first instinct is 2-4 on this trip, but the loudest voice in the back of my head says 5-1, they lose the finale in Colorado, then sweep the stros again.
  12. This is a no doubter! Braves 27, Brewers 3 (I'll still watch the whole thing). In Soviet Russia, Dave Bush doesn't allow runs. Runs allow Dave Bush!
  13. Holy B-squad Batman! I guess we were lucky they sent Gwynn down. As there is no dh, they would have probably have him hit cleanup in this lineup. I am getting a good sunny vibe through the tint of my Oakleys though, so go crew!
  14. Welcome Back! You have been sorely missed. http://www.ebondi.com.au/starwars/sounds/disturb.mp3
  15. http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/24798047/ Browsing through Mr Odom's peripherals, I believe he would be a good fit in the starting rotation. I think we should trade all of the bats and balls still around after these last 2 games for this person.
  16. I had this irrational fear (so i thought) that TGJ would DH. I thought nobody in their right minds would ever do that. Boy was I right on both counts! We seem to be unprepared for what is coming up. I am thinking about sending daily planners to Doug and Ned to help them out. An excerpt would be: May 17-19, at Boston We play there, there is this DH thing they do. As much as we love Tony Gwynn Jr., he is not a dh. Before this series, let's adjust the roster so we can have a dh, we may just have one (or three) in the minors right now. Wash car.
  17. BEST PLAY EVER! I cannot stop laughing!
  18. If the offense keeps getting 2-3 runs a game, hell no.
  19. This is a team trying to forget its Devil-Ray past. After what had happened to Steve Irwin, the franchise didn't want to have any association with rays that aren't coming directly from the sun, hence the name change. They also did something that nobody ever thought would happen, they worked on not sucking!
