Looks out to me...and would be the 3rd out on the bases already. Not good when facing one of the best pitchers in the league.

Really the key batter was Panik and RR botched the matchup.

That's a common play when runners are on first and 3rd. I wouldn't blame anyone but Braun for swinging. Except his first move was back to 3rd

Gomez needs to take that swing every time...He didn't try to murder the ball, just swung fast.

Am I the only one that thinks that's on Sedar? He should be pointing and yelling to Gomez to stay on the base

If only this team took pitches, worked the count, walked a bit, and didn't swing as hard as they could at every pitch....maybe they would stand a chance. There is absolutely no way this hitting approach will work IF they find a way to the playoffs. Again, I should be happy for the season, but I just can't stand watching this team. I still do because I'm a fan, but they drive me nuts nightly.

I really should be enjoying this season....Hell they are in first and have/had the best record in the NL...but for whatever reason, I really don't like this team. I don't like their approach to hitting. I can't stand watching Gomez and Davis try to hit every ball out. I can't stand Segura pulling off every ball. I can't stand Reynolds striking out ever once ever three at bats, and I can't stand the garbage coming off the bench. Lastly, I can't stand the way managers think....I'm going to go with the matchup in the 8th, but not the 9th.

If the Crew makes the playoffs and he has to come in for a save...I'm sure I'll have no fingernails left, and probably will lose 10 years off my life.

Davis has some kind of power to "step in the bucket" and hit a ball out opposite field. I don't think he tries to hit the ball opposite field, I think that's just the direction the ball goes sometimes
