    he might have went 2-3, but that doesn't make him a 3 point shooter. even though he shot the 3 pretty decent throughout the Olympics. edit: actually he shot almost 50% from 3 throughout the Olympics just so there is no confusion, he shot the ball well in the Olympics. Good thing the 3pt line is closer

    I'm watching the game, and the officiating is down right awful both ways. Someone needs to tell James that he isn't a 3 point shooter. and brother Gasol is a dirty player this game isn't even fun to watch. US has come out very flat outta halftime. These guys better start to play, or they'll be in trouble i'll just talk to myself tonight. 1 more qtr til gold. US shot well early, and its a good thing because they can't play D tonight. Hey US!! keep jacking up 3s and see how that goes for ya. You jerks better get it done the 3s are keeping the US in the lead right now. They need to come up with a big D stop. Might want to guard their guard holy crap was that a little close for comfort. Kobe and the boys got it done though!!. Spain gave it one hell of a shot

    They were kicking the crap outta them. Until they stopped playing d, and making shots. They went to a zone, get Redd in the game! ok, after Redd had no clue what to do with the ball, get Redd outta the game! The Americans are getting out hustled, and stopped moving the ball, and keep firing up 3s.

    there is aggressive base running then there is flat out awful base running and base coaching. The more I see that play, the worse it is.

    Dale sending Cam was probably the worst send of a runner EVER!

    Who knows what the trainers said or didn't say. They probably asked Braun if he was good to go, and Braun probably told him that he was. I'm not a trainer, but I, some dude sitting on the couch could see Braun wasn't swinging right. You would think Ned could see that. Maybe he was getting coffee during Brauns ABs. The trainers can give the OK on a guy, but the manager has to use better judgment. And with injuries, I will never trust Ned.

    I'm sorry, you can tell when a player is "right" or not. Everyone can see that Brauns swing wasn't right. Ned being the smartest man alive should be able to see that. Even with the season they are having, Ned is still a horrible manager.

    Who puts the player in the lineup? We all could see Brauns swing wasn't right. So yeah if he aggravated his injury because he came back too soon, thats all on your boy Ned.

    I don't see how the US baseball team was being thugs. They were hit like 4 or 5 times in the game. The one dude got hit twice and instead of using the pitcher as a punching bag he took it out on the catcher, who just might be calling for those beanballs.
