    When he gets hot he’s seeing a bunch of pitches. When he’s trash he swings at everything.

    That was a very frustrating game. The 9th inning was tanked by Lara. He’s been in a big spot a lot and seemingly never delivers. Ortiz was unintentionally / intentionally walked. He should have come unglued on the 3-0 cookie. They knew he wasn’t swinging and the purpose of that pitch was to see if he would then get himself out on a 3-1 count which he didn’t. But that left it up to Hamilton who put together a great AB but it’s still asking a lot for him to get a hit there.

    He’s had a weird up and down rookie season which you would expect from a player his age. Hes made some incredible timely catches but has often come up short in big ABs.

    That’s just a hell of a play. Credit to Hamilton for a good AB and to Lindor for a diving catch. Mitchell and Lara’s ABs sunk that inning

    Definitely some truth to that. They take advantage of mistakes like no other team can. Thats why their lack of power will kill them. It’s too hard to string together hits, especially in the playoffs
