    Villy just got demoted, DeFelice is in the long role. They hope to get 6 out of Mc Lung, reasonable hope. So, though, you would start Villy of De F, yes?

    Well, I am an old fart. My friends and I used to imitate Ernie Banks pre-Counsell batting stance (yes, grew up in Chicago, forgive me!) This is discussion is interesting, well thought out, great charts and graphs. Yet I regress to my old days: Braun looks like he can hit the heck out of the ball, is fast on the bases, and may turn into a good fielder. Heck, I like that he is on our team for some time, and he will be fun to watch. Enjoy your analysis paralysis, I will enjoy seeing how it works out.

    Brew...if you posted this in the first place it is seen as a reasonable opinion. However, you posted your thought as a hard fact, that Yost was an "idiot." Giving one to believe he had only one, true and obvious call. There are differences in how a situation is managed, if the manager does not always call it as you/we see it, he is not necessarily an "idiot." Yes, I hate name calling.

    I'll be back for my 17th year (20 game plan). After our long depressing winters (which go on here through May --TG for Miller Park!) getting out to the ballgame is such a pleasure. Winning would make it even better, but "Ray, it's BASEBALL!" Besides, this year my grandson will be starting to go (see avatar). It does not get better than that!
