  1. Does anybody suspect if I am okay to wear Brewers apparel at Dodgers Stadium? I realize anything can happen anywhere, so just looking more along the lines of "I wouldn't do that" or "you're fine".
  2. I don't think they are the same at all. If NYY wins, games 1 and 2 are in Houston (central time zone). If Boston wins, games 1 and 2 are in Boston (eastern time zone). So, as for Saturday, if Boston wins it seems like a lock to put them in prime time and allow a 4pm milwaukee start and 8pm boston start. If New York wins, then you can seemingly put Houston at 3pm and Milwaukee at 7pm. I would think more eyes in LAX would be found at 5pm than 1pm Pacific.
  3. Boston. If you are going to win a world series, why not do so against the best. Houston doesn't really excite me as a matchup, I would rather, win or lose, vs a "blue blood".
  4. Had a last minute work trip pop up at Edwards AFB next week...just snagged Game 4 and 5 single ticket for $70/ea on SH.
  5. I'm considering this, as I live in Utah, but would come for the WS and don't really feel like this is a game I want play (ie, captcha clicks, guesswork, getting lucky, etc.). If I buy 1 terrace reserve though as a SSH for 2019, am I only eligible for 1 WS seat for 1 game? I would guess 1 SSH seat = 1 postseason seat. Keep in mind that any World Series games would likely have diminished ticket availability, compared to the DS and CS rounds. Think of the 2002 all-star "game," when much if not all of the field bleachers were taken up by extra media. Stuff like that would if anything be more of a factor for a WS game. Yeah, I changed my mind. Not sure I want to pay $900 for the 3 seats I need. Will just secondary market it, which would include our own trading post.

  7. Don't the advertisers buy the "spots" well before the teams are determined. I don't see how the broadcasters or networks really care about the market of the teams involved.
  8. I dont know where Burnes spot is due up, but I say just let him hit for himself and finish this thing off in the 9th!
  9. Despite Cain struggling, I like his approach there with two strikes and why I still have confidence when he is at the dish.
  10. He's 6 for his last 40 since Sept 25th, nearly two weeks ago. He's clearly slumping and any other time of the season, could use a day on the bench. It won't happen, but let's not pretend it's just a handful of bad or unlucky AB's.
  11. No. https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/gl.fcgi?id=cainlo01&t=b&year=2018 Your data shows that since the week before last, Sept 25th, he's 6 for 40. Thanks for substantiating the eye test.
  12. I think I ride Miley until he gives up multiple runs, loads the bases, walks 5 guys, pitches 7 innings, or throws 95 pitches, whichever happens first.
  13. No way. Thing is, it's not like he's even in some horrible slump. It's just happened to be in the biggest games of the season. No way you put your leader on the bench in the playoffs. Especially a high contact guy who’s not prone to long slumps. People are blowing a few ABs way out of proportion Didn't say we should do it. Just that he needs one.
  14. Because it's absolutely useless. ^This All off the pitchfx, gameday, foxzone stuff is garbage. Balls and Strikes are a subjective measurement.
  15. Is it me, or is that camera angle off-center? Bothering me. Could be that stupid tunnel right behind home plate.
  16. Why were we forced to waste a challenge on that turnover? Aren't all turnovers booth reviewed? Edit: They finally got it right. If Tramon Williams isn't going to have awareness to jump on that ball, why is he back there? Get under the damn ball and catch and after you see it possibly, probably, might have, sorta could have, hit your teammate, then go jump on the damn ball.
  17. Do you have any good nicknames for the formidable Brewers bullpen?
