  1. Realistic and thoughtful. I buy it and I'd be satisfied.
  2. This! Which is why I'll be livid if it's interior defensive lineman like Oliver, Q. Williams, Rashan Gary, Christian Wilkins, etc. Prob going to cost a ton, but I'd prefer they get a dynamic defender like Devin White. Absent that, just take the best OL available at #12 and hopefully Fant is there at 30. You'd be "livid" if they picked arguably the two most physically talented players in this draft(Oliver, Gary)? The best way to screw up a draft is to go into a draft that's loaded with talent at a particular area and pass on the BPA to go for the best player at a perceived area of need. Yes. Livid. I'm in the minority and I know it. I just feel that up the middle, I can deal with 3 Howard Greens and call it a day. At #12 or higher, I'd rather find a dynamic ILB, DE, OL, or TE, as the OP stated are needs. Again, I'm in the minority and that's okay. If they are going to move up to the point at which Oliver would be available...top 3 to 5 as has been mocked, I'd rather it not be for an interior DL who gets me 26 tackles and 1.5 sacks per season. Howard Green can do that.
  3. I thought the schedule was out? 1/2 Sun/Tues, 3/4 Fri/Mon, 5/6/7 Wed/Fri/Mon
  4. Boston in 5. Just because my best friend is a Celtics fan and I expect to be disappointed again sooner than later. Somehow Tatum will overachieve, Brown will overachieve, Irving will be left wide open for 3's all series long and hit them and the season will be over. If we somehow get past Boston, I feel we make the NBA finals. Boston is probably the worst draw we could have gotten, imho.

  6. A solid first inning? Just the opponent. Felt like every episode has been the same characters.
  7. Good Grief. Feels like a story I've already seen the end to.
  8. Probably some interior defensive lineman.
  9. Is my MLBtv feed that far behind? Just a runner on 1st after a full count yeah? Doesnt seem like "much" to work through. :shrugs:

  11. 2019 Brewers Predictions Win-Loss Record: 84-78. I just feel like this team is due to find ways to lose this season after a crazy September and October 2018. Score a ton but bullpen can't hold it. Shutdown the opponents bats, but lose 2-1. Playoffs (Yes, No): No. More wins than losses, but not in the Top 5 in the NL. Highest Playoff Level Achieved: None. All-Star Game Representative(s): Shaw, Yelich, Burnes Offensive Player of the Year: Yelich Starting Pitcher of the Year: Burnes Relief Pitcher of the Year: Petricka Most Surprising Player: Gamel Most Disappointing Player: Tie: Hader, Jeffress, Knebel, Guerra, Barnes, & Albers Bold Predictions: 1. Brewers find a trade partner for Arcia bringing in some starting pitching to try and make a Postseason run, all for naught. 2. Due a thumb, back, whatever, Corey Ray sees more plate appearances than Braun from July through September. 3. Brewers set franchise record for runs scored in a season.
  12. Hauser is a joke. What an embarrassment this was for the program.
  13. That 3pt defense....yet...again. Embiid wins the game there. Just blows my mind that they have no desire to contest the perimeter at all.
  14. Please FFS, no. Just find a Howard Green in FA and call it a day.
  15. Beckham to the browns, yeah? Packers fans can kiss that idea goodbye.
  16. This straw man is the post that sent this off the rails. JMB has a penchant for dictating the way other people should post. I am not the first person to mention this. I'd completely let the topic get away from MB, he makes three more replies without me responding, then needlessly calls me out. There was literally nothing about the topic that wasn't civil until this. Nobody cares. Take it to another thread please.
  17. What the hell is going on out there?
  18. Milwaukee Bucks: 2019 Central Division Championship Book It!
  19. As a SLC resident, I get to watch Milwaukee live usually once a year...and this is the garbage 12 men I was subjected to? FFS. Connaughton for 36 minutes? Snell for 27 minutes? Canaan for 10 minutes? Middleton 8 for 24 looking all but lost in the 2nd half. I get that they ran out of gas, just figures it would be the one game I get to see them in person. Watching Mitchell hit open 3 after open 3 is why I feel when the chips are down, that is how they'll get knocked from the playoffs.
  20. Clelin Ferrell, DE/OLB, Clemson
  21. I thought it was pretty cut and dry. I thought the standard was you needed .3 to touch and shoot? Given that it was .2, the only potential thing that would have not resulted in a shot clock violation was the jump ball going directly to the rim? Smart "touching" it wouldn't have stopped the shot clock violation or stopped the clock with any less time. Smart had to "possess it" and even then, couldn't possess it quick enough in .2 to do anything about letting more time run off the clock.
  22. It's not that they give up too many attempts...it's that they give up way too many "uncontested" attempts in my opinion. Either get in their hip pocket 2 feet beyond the arc or just stand around in the paint. Tired of watching them run out after a guy two seconds after the ball's left their hand as I hear nothing but net.
  23. While giving up 130 with all the open 3's they allow.
