    The turn this whole story has taken is sadder than the story itself. I guess it really hit me once I thought about how when I was a younger kid I used to watch Benoit and I had all kinds of wrestling posters on my wall. I started thinking about all of the kids now who watch wrestling, and how are their parents supposed to explain to them that someone the child may have looked up to not only died, but that they were the one responsible for the death, and those of their wife and child. Harsh reality, man. I keep holding out some hope there is some weird thing we don't know, but the more that comes out this just sounds like a sad, sad situation.

    When I saw this today I was really shocked. As TracyThom said, I know he had to miss last night's PPV where he was supposed to wrestle for the ECW title, but this was the last thing I was expecting to see today. I am on the same wavelength with Peavey though, whenever the details of this come out it could be pretty bad. Something just seems weird. My condolences definitely go out to his extended family and especially the guys he is on the road with 250+ days a year.

    Correct. I believe he would need to actually face one batter for a complete AB before they could take him out, but I may be wrong.

    The good: Yo looked good. The bad: The soft underbelly of our bullpen (Capellan, Spurling, Shouse) was once again exposed. Turnbow had an off day as well, and Cordero's velocity was noticeably down. There are not easy solutions to any of those problems, but it is what it is.

    Jose Capellan is garbage. What ever happened to that guy who supposedly threw 97. Find some team with a left hander who isn't completely awful and take Capellan for him. Not having a second lefty didn't help today, and may bite us tenfold down the stretch.

    With Teahen's splits against LHP, Ned might have wanted to go with Shouse in that situation since he went to him now. Ugh. At least we have 6 outs to make up a run.

    I am now officially scared. Graffanino has as many HR's as Ryan Braun, and 3 more than Mench. LOL

    When BA said Mench stole a base, I gasped. haha In other baseball news, Dustin McGowan of the Blue Jays is pitching really well right now.

    Things I noticed while watching this game: Corey Hart is on fire. Like he could hit a homerun with a broomstick on fire. Jeff Suppan looked awful, JDLR just looked worse.Braun can mash the baseball. The Royals are bad. Really bad.
