I just was surfing the MLB.com version of Dodgerfan.net and reading their IGT. Its pretty funny how it pretty much is a mirror image of threads here. "If we are going to make the postseason we need more offense" , "this Cy Fiers guy just came from AAA and is killing us", "we need a platoon at catcher". Just thought it was funny that we arent the only first place team that thinks the sky is falling when we lose

El Caballo AND MASCOTS. And I don't know how to read Bernie's body language there. Not exactly magic number related, but I went to a PIT/Astros game in Pittsburgh several years back and had some drinks with Carlos at the hotel bar (my friend I was with is family friends with the Lee's). Totally chill dude and he has the goofiest high pitched laugh. Definitely doesnt fit with how he looks. But anyway, he said the thing he remembered most about Milwaukee were the racing sausages and how big it is there -

Id like to see the TV broadcasts start doing challenge timers so we know how long its taking. Put a timer on the scoreboard too. Perhaps that will speed of up a bit if they are made aware of how long its taking

I went to all of the NLDS games in 2011. The atmosphere here in Phoenix vs Milwaukee was night and day. It gave me goosebumps how loud and into it everyone was at Miller Park. Lucky guy. Even though I am in New Mexico now, if they somehow get to the world series, I'm going. There is no question about that. My credit card limit just got upped again....maybe my credit card company is anticipating me using it alot soon
