    I was planning on doing RockFest in Cadott since its closer to my folks house, but it happens to fall a week and a half before Oshkosh. Cant really justify two trips to WI in that short of a time. Decisions decisions.

    I missed it due to that whole work thing, and I was like others and couldnt find it int he program guide. I wonder why they went away from the dedicated special on each team?

    I didn't see an IGT for today (Sunday) but I must say its mighty Milwaukeeish out here today. Mid 50s and windy.

    There is a Carolinas off of 89th Ave and Peoria Ave as well.

    the Macayos on 75th and Thomas is next to Desert Sky Mall which is an area I wouldnt recommend frequenting after dark . If you have time and a means of transportation, I recommend the Tee Pee Tap Room which is just south of Chase Field downtown. I believe you also mentioned you will be going to Surprise Stadium. The stadium is at Bullard Ave and Bell Rd. There is another great Mexican restaurant at Bell Rd and Litchfield Rd (about a mile east of the stadium) called Rio Mirage Cafe.

    It looks like this year may be the first year i *may* miss Opening Day since 2006. Opening Day falls the day after Easter this year and airfare to both Milwaukee and Minneapolis (close to parents and free car to use) is well north of the $400 dollar range. So unless prices drop dramatically I may be unloading my Opening Day tickets. Like others have stated, the older one gets its not as fun as it used to be. I spent many an Opening Day pretty intoxicated in the past, but now with a 2 year old those days are pretty much over. I'd much rather take him to a weeknight or summer weekend game and actually enjoy the game with him.

    I still hate Maryville. Same here. Thats why I always carry when im down in that part of town (at least until I leave my truck at the stadium of course)

    It was 38 degrees here in Phoenix this morning. Felt more like Wisconsin than Arizona baseball weather. Im excited to head out to Maryvale this weekend though.

    Where do you get the 50% number? The only time I have to watch another feed is when the Brewers play the Dbacks and I have to watch FSN-AZ, although now that Mark Grace (4 months jail for DUI) and Darren Sutton are gone, it might be tolerable.

    As of last year you could still only do that on the PC. Man I really love that feature and hope they wise up and get that going on apple tv too! My question off that is, can you do that on the iPad? I was doing a little research, and it appears the radio overlay option is possible on the PS3, so maybe it wil eventually be available on the Roku.

    Ive had Extra Innings for 6 years now,and just last year bought MLB.tv for when I travel. My question for those of you with Roku/Apple Tv, is it possible to overlay the WTMJ audio on the tv like you can on the PC? Not a deal breaker but thought it was a neat feature.

    This. Absolutely 1000%. To be honest,my son wasnt planned,and I had a hard time getting into the pregnancy mostly due to my immaturity and thinking I didnt want kids. He is now almost 2.5 years old and is an amazing little boy. It seems like so long ago he was super tiny and just slept and pooped all day. Now he is very active,has a personality of his own,LOVES the Brewers and is growing more and more every day. It definitely goes by way too quick. On the carseat thing,I would check with the hospital at which you are planning on having the delivery at. Alot of hospitals with L&D departments offer free carseat events (they sometimes even will give you a carseat for free for taking the class) and they sometimes have "daddy boot camps" which new dads come in with their babies and help teach things like feeding,diaper changing,etc to soon to be dads. Another resource for carseats is www.safekids.org. they have a listing by area of free carseat checkup events. My department just put me through this training (car seat technician) a couple months ago and there is tons of information that can be useful for new parents.

    I picked up a galaxy 2 7" after thanksgiving. Love it, but the only complaint I have about it is that MLBTV doesnt support it

    We just got our annual Christmas Air Quality warning here in Phoenix. Every Christmas and New YEars they make no burn days. It was looking like we may have seen a decent amount of rain tomorrow and Christmas,but that system over California right now has weakened considerably, but the GFS and NAM are still both in pretty close agreement about snow up north for Christmas.
