    I will be sad if we lose tomorrow night. Fortunately, I was very busy today and will be tomorrow morning, so the nerves won't quite get to me until game time. I am, though, preparing myself to lose. Just remember: winner-take-all games are rare in baseball. Especially for the Brewers. I'm going to try to embrace the moment as much as I can. Please, please win, Brewers. We fans deserve this so much.

    This sucks. We, as fans, deserve to win. We deserve to feel the joy of winning in the postseason. Not these Sun Belt fans who can't sell out an MLB playoff game.

    There are going to be some extreme emotions no matter what happens on Friday. I'll either be jumping up and down, hugging strangers or angsty and wanting to break stuff. I can't wait.

    Texas lost a 2-0 lead last year and still won the series. It sounds like sour grapes, but the idea of a best-of-5 in baseball is just ridiculous. I'll save it for Friday, if we lose, I suppose.

    28 of the 30 MLB teams have played in a League Championship Series since 1982. The Nationals/Expos more than likely would have played in the 1994 NLCS. Let's end our dubious distinction tonight. Let's go Crew.

    I don't know why they couldn't start TEX/TB at 1 pm ET/12 pm CT and bump every other game up by an hour. The 8:37 pm local starts are curious, considering the recent efforts to start World Series games before 8 pm ET. It's one thing to start an NBA Finals game at 9 pm ET in June, quite another to start 3.5 hr+ October baseball games at 8:37 ET.

    If you're desperate, you can find one on the ground, often. I get irritated when I don't have a hard copy of a ticket, too, so I'm not shy about picking one off the ground if it's in decent shape.
