Vegas is down in the valley. This stadium is in Summerlin about 1,000 feet higher. Still, MLB is insane if they don't do testing to see how the ball flies in the new stadium before they play there to see if they need a humidor or something.
There is literally no batted ball data on a lot of the stuff today. Nothing on Yelich's pop up to the wall, nothing on Kurtz's homer, Sal' flyball, Thomas's flyball. Would it surprise anybody if the MLB office told them not to put some of it out there because it makes them look bad?
I usually just get stuff for my kids at school. Games,, stacking cups, salad spinners for art, some really cool magnetic blocks (not magna tiles but actual 3D cube blocks.) It's basically the same stuff I can get on Amazon, just a lot cheaper.
That is the dumbest non-challenge I've ever seen. You use it and lose you just get another one the next inning anyways. You win it and it's a 3-2 count and you give yourself another chance to win the game.
