  1. I sincerely question your 75% statistic. I think the number is less than 50%. You arent taking in account kids, families, non-drinkers, designated drivers, etc. Yes, lots of drunk drivers leave Miller Park each game but that doesn't make what Yo did a "common mistake." Let's take your statistic then. 50%. That 1.5 million fans drunk and a ton of drunk drivers after each Brewers home game. It's very common in Milwaukee during baseball season. I know the city and I've gone to hundreds of Brewers games, so I also know the environment. Are you honestly going to deny that tons of Brewers fans drink at Miller Park and say that the majority of them don't drive home drunk? I'm sure as heck not going too. Especially, in a city like Milwaukee. I know better. Please, if it was even close to 50% they would have the police and sheriff's departments lined up along the freeway nailing drunk driver after drunk driver after games.
  2. Why? Not only did his recklessness endanger his own life, it also endangered the lives of the innocent motorists around him. I have zero tolerance for people who get behind the wheel while drunk. If that makes me wrong, I don't want to be right.
  3. I've learned enough not to get [expletive deleted] to the tune of 3 times the legal limit and then get behind the wheel of a car, especially when a free service is available to pick me up.
  4. Gallardo: "I want to apologize to my fans, teammates and family...it was a bad call." So is Gallardo an umpire?
  5. Just like the Angels were stupid for taking that New Jersey outfielder over that Texas outfielder in 2009.
  6. That's what you're basing it on? He's 25 years old. You may be right, but I don't think you have much evidence. What an awful excuse and he's 27 years old.
  7. You're better off not going if the seats are in the 400 level. Just an awful place to watch basketball.
  8. Weeks looked great in his first 10 plate appearances but now there is something so mechanically wrong with his swing that he may need to go to the minors lol.
  9. Put the winning run on with a really good switch hitter on the bench. Well done, Roenicke.
  10. Was that Badenhop starting to warm up? http://wonderpodonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Al-bundy-ed-oneill-animated-gif-10.gif
  11. May I suggest two slogans for the remainder of the season? Blow for Beede and Reek for Rodon.
  12. But they also say taste buds? Get it? It's a double entendre and that makes it funny no matter how many times it's played!
  13. More like one of the 3 or 4 worst teams in baseball. I would be happy to wager something that the Brewers won't finish with one of the 4 worst records but I am almost certain you are just venting. Reading comprehension is always fun. Right now, as in not September.
  14. Now Wainwright has more hits than the Brewers. Terrific. Terrific. And just leave Badenhop in for a few innings. No use in blasting through the bullpen for the rest of the game. Badenhop for a couple and maybe Axford for the 8th.
  15. Remember when Badenhop was a Marlin throwing junk as a starter and the Brewers couldn't touch him and we came up with names like Baconslop for him?
  16. That's probably game. Does anyone have confidence that this offense can score at least (probably will need more with 1st and 3rd, nobody out) in 3 innings?
  17. The Cardinals starting lineup has about a 1.000 OPS against Gallardo. I'm sure this will go well.
