    Our best chance in this game is whoever operates the pitch clock sets it to 5 seconds and hope nobody on the Pirates notices.

    Feel like that would have been worth a challenge for blocking the plate. He was blocking the plate and the throw didn’t lead him in there. Plus, that gets you a guaranteed run with a runner in scoring position if you win it. Hard to imagine another play in this game that would be more beneficial to winning than that one.
