I think the play-in game is stupid. It's basically a Bracket Buster game in March for the oppurtunity to get destroyed by a 1 seed. Just take 64 teams.

First one was when they had Lee picked off of 1st with a runner on 3rd. Escobar got a throw from Fielder, he saw the runner going home and threw it wide. Second was a grounder, he was ranging towards 3rd and didn't set his feet and Fielder couldn't pick it. -
If he could've run around the bases five times before the ball landed, by rule, the game would've been tied.

I hate that rule. If a runner is dumb enough to get picked off in that situation, a fielder shouldn't have to worry about the guy crossing home and the run counting before he tags the runner out.
