    For a 20 year old in AA that was a fantastic outing by Jeffress. Yeah, the walks are still too high and the strikeouts are down but 7 baserunners in 6 innings while being very young for the league is impressive.

    I sort of want the guy's arm fresh for September and hopefully October. There's really no reason for him to be going for a complete game with a now 7 run lead and 111 pitches.

    So nobody up in the bullpen? Ned is trying to rip Sabathia's arm off before the season ends isn't he? 100 pitches, you now have a 6 run lead. I think the bullpen can handle two innings.

    This was my biggest pet peeve when I worked at a grocery store. I would always have a big crate of stuff that I would be hauling to an aisle to put on a shelf. A kid running around turning right into that possibly knocking down the entire shipment of stuff that costs the store money or getting hurt and then probably have some pissed off parent wanting to know why I hurt their precious little Billy/Sally.
