    Man Butler looks/sounds pretty horrible. Can't even get his ERA below 6 as a 23 year old in A+ ball. Any reason for Gamel and LaPorta sitting out tonight for the Stars?

    I love Branyan as much as the next guy but coming into tonight he had 6 strikeouts in his last 4 games. He's 0-10 against lefties this year and is a career .207/.288/.453 hitter against lefties. Hall was .361/.429/.590 against lefties this year and .279/.358/.495 career against lefties. Even on his insane hot streak there is no way Branyan is a better option than Hall against Sherrill.

    It wasn't that many. You're looking at the one that counts LOB by each player instead of just how many were left on base after each half inning.

    It's not often that you draw 10 walks in a game and lose. Nice outing Gazpacho. Sure are showing your worth as an innings eater. Holy cow, Hall, you need to get sent down. You should ask what pitcher we could get for you. If Turnbow was on another team we'd be lucky to get him for you. Boy I miss Gross. Especially now that Kapler is finally coming back to earth.
