    Should be on 1310 tonight, last night was 1070 and they power down at 8:00 or whatever so it was static for most of the game. Idiots. Hopefully we get post-all star game Schmidt tonight.

    Merry opening day everybody! So I'm visiting a friend in the hospital Friday night who was recovering from minor surgery and the next thing I know I'm being rushed to the ER. Apparently I had a seizure of some sort. Everything checked out fine. But today rather than getting ready to OD on baseball I get to enjoy the sterile surroundings of the hospital while they poke and prod me. So ya'll have one for me today!

    Washington in 2nd place, they'll probably start the season 5.5 games out.

    I'd go to that to see the Gear Daddies for sure. Last year they opened a show for Soul Asylum in Green Bay but one of my kids was hospitalized the day before so I missed it. Saw Martin Zellar here(Madison) a few times and the GDs' once at O'Kays. Why was that woman eating recalled dog food? Jon Bon Jovi is a huge Tom Waits fan and has a few acoustic covers out there that are cool. After I found that out I quit hating him so much.

    I always have to laugh when I hear the term "music snob". A snob, by definition is someone who thinks they have superior taste and is condescending to others. Music means different things to different people, to some it's a passion,to others it's background sound. But it always seems to mark certain points in ones life- where you were when you received bad/good news, lost your virginity, etc. OK, train derailed, but here's a question to all you "music snobs" Is a Yankee fan more of a fan than a Brewer fan or just more annoying?

    No webcast tonight, regular radio with Bob and Jim. Works out perfect for me since I have to drive from Madison to LaCrosse tonight for a volleyball tourney.
