  1. honestly a suspension seems harsh. So PCA can tell say something derogatory and awful to a white sox fan and thats fine, but a hand gesture is worthy of 1 game. Make that make sense.
  2. This anti-tanking policy is dumb. First all, I do think its still possible for teams to tank enough just to get in the 4 position, rather than spots 1-3. Secondly, teams that actually need high picks may get screwed because they can fall from 1 to 12 with some bad luck. A team like the bucks once Giannis leaves and is still in cap / draft capital hell, could lose out of good players because of some bad luck on lottery day. Also the rules seem overly complicated. The system now, seems pretty cut and dry and all fans understand how it works.
  3. They tried with Ty Montgomery with mixed results.
  4. That was a offseason blunder to not address backup RB. Even if this didn't happen and Jacobs got hurt, they were stuck with Chris Brooks and praying that Marshawn Lloyd can stay healthy. I hope Gutey has been working the phones to get someone in since he learned about this allegation.
  5. Definitely doesn't look good, but we don't know his side of the story. Obviously if he is suspended, the RB position is very thin. Looking at remaining free agents, I would be interested in someone like Antonio Gibson. Its very thin though.
  6. I tried to watch 1883, 1923 and Marshalls, I just couldn't get into them and i guess my leash is short. Dutton Ranch seems to catch the spirit of Yellowstone and I will watch every Friday this summer.
  7. I understand he has a decent contract. But to DFA him for Pratt costs the Brewers nothing additional.
  8. I would imagine Crow will get the next start. Never understood sending him down for Gasser.
  9. Bleacher Report has Fleming fall to the Bucks. I would be happy about that. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/25429974-new-2026-nba-mock-draft-blockbuster-lamelo-ball-trade-idea it seems that Nate Ament is the most common guy linked to the Bucks, I would not be a fan of that. A guy I do like is Lendeborg. He seems like he can do everything his nothing elite.
  10. I understand he isn’t a Rivers guy but this still surprises me. I was hoping for full turnover of the coaching staff.
  11. It is hilarious to me that Cubs fans got so offended that the Brewers posed with a L flag after the DS, but Cubs fans have no problem shouting Packers Suck during a May baseball game. The former is trolling a rival and the team that they actually played, the latter is trying to troll a team that doesn't play baseball nor is not playing a meaningful game until September.
  12. I was a big fan of Yellowstone, but couldn't get into any of the spinoffs, but I used the Brewers off day yesterday to watch the first 2 episodes of latest one, Dutton Ranch. It captures the spirit of Yellowstone and I'm hooked. 3rd episode is on tonight on Paramount.
  13. Lets not do that. It looks silly and childish when the Cubs fans do it. Lets be better.
  14. Deleted, forgot that Giannis can't sign the supermax with his potential new team....
  15. Giannis can dictate his next team by simply saying he won't sign a contract extension with his new team. I don't see him wanting to go to Utah. Also if the Jazz unload all of their young players, I don't know how competitive they will be with Giannis.
  16. I think the one thing that is clear after this weekend is Crow is the next man up and not Gasser.
  17. The hype around the schedule release day seems silly to me. We know the opponents and the locations, just not the order. My bias is always I prefer noon Sunday games, so I do look at that. In the NFL nobody knows who will be good or bad in May, so to play the guess the record games, is a waste of time. I can see for Gold Package holders, they want to see who they get. My only reactions are that I'm glad that they have a bye before Thanksgiving Eve. I wish they only had 1 Thursday night game. Playing 4 out of the last 5 at home is a good thing. Also It appears that the first 4 games are light while we potentially will be without Parsons so thats a good thing.
  18. this day is backwards. Why does ESPN have to have a 2 hour schedule release special when the schedule is already out? MLB / NBA do it right. its just released and thats it.
  19. well they are on Christmas Day Netflix too. If you are in the Milwaukee / GB markets, the game will be broadcasted over the air. The streaming thing needs to stop. I understand why the streaming companies do it, because it gets new subscribers who want to watch the game but it really is frustrating for fans (especially those that are already paying a ton for cable).
  20. checking the leaks at lunch Week 2 @ NYJ Week 4 @ TB Week 12 @LAR (thanksgiving eve) Week 16 @ Chicago (Christmas Day) - noon (ugh)
  21. Exciting article about MU transfer Sanandra Fru (Written by Ben Steele for the Journal Sentinel but this one isn't behind the paywall https://www.aol.com/articles/future-nba-lottery-pick-mikel-212708349.html
  22. thats a good point, Obviously they can't play Sunday before. Last season for the (Wednesday) Christmas game, all 4 teams played on Saturday the week before. I just wish the Packers were not involved in Wednesday games.
  23. Packers are getting a dreaded Thanksgiving Eve game against the Rams. I would assume this means a week 11 bye.
  24. Desmond Bane was traded with 4 years of control, Giannis has one and can dictate his destination by simply refusing to sign an extension with anyone but his preferred team. If Giannis wants to do Milwaukee a solid and does want to move on, he should let this become a true bidding war. Then again, whats his motivation for that? By doing so, it means less assets are owned by his new club.
