ESPN has a thing on the bottom of their game cast showing the % chance of scoring. Is that % in theory, or does in take into account the team that is actually batting?

I could be wrong, but I think that is league-wide percentage, not the Brewers-only percentage. I would expect the Brewers only one to be about 2% instead of 43+%
