Why can't the Cubs do us a favor and beat the Astros?

Because they are the Cubs. They are bad! I pray they keep Dusty for at least one more year.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Just tuned in, how did Davis look through 5? He seems a little shaky in the 6th but only 56 pitches and most of them strikes through 5? Awesome.. Is he finally back? stay tuned..

Gosh is it fun to watch DD when he is on..

Bush looking more consistent, Davis getting back to form, Cappy getting over his sore forearm.. Ohka coming back.. bats are alive.. within range of the wildcard.

Don't forget-

MILWAUKEE -- Ben Sheets threw 45 pitches from the Miller Park mound before Tuesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds, and he said he felt encouraged by his progress.

Prince sure is struggling right now. I hope it's not going to his head. He still has decent numbers, but they look a lot more "rookie-like" than they did a month ago.

Crap..5-2.....Might we need our (shudder) bullpen after all? I'm still all about letting Davis go the distance right now. A couple walks or basehits could change that.

I am guessing this has been posted before, but I found after some searching that after winning the first 3 games Chad Moeller started this year, the Brewers have proceeded to go

4-20 in his subsequent starts.

Mike Rivera needs to be our new backup catcher.
